Hungry For God 2013

Poetics: The Art of God’s Story

Hesed and Wells and Gardens.  Oh My!

Consider this an open invitation to join us for The Falls Church Anglican’s annual summer series, Hungry For God (HFG), where we dive together into more of God’s Word. Whether you are a teen or senior citizen, someone who is learning about Jesus for the first time or someone who has known him for decades, our four-week immersion into how God tells us his story of grace, love, and rescue will be a highlight of your summer.

This year we will study the beauty in God’s message to us, both in How it’s told and in What that message is. We’ll spend time looking at Ruth, Jacob, Moses, and of course Jesus, to name a few…

We design HFG to be something you can do in town or out of town, while working or on vacation, alone, or with roommates, small groups, even as a family. Pick up the booklet, study with us, listen to the podcasts, and grow.

Each of us who takes part will make a commitment to spend 30 minutes, five-times-a-week, praying and studying a part of the Bible, then coming to share and learn together at Little Falls Presbyterian Church in Arlington.

Cost is $15 ($10 for teens).

We’ll meet from 7:30 to 9:00pm on:
Sunday, July 14 (Kick-Off)
Thursday, July 18
Thursday, July 25
Thursday, August 1
Thursday, August 8
