Susan Alexander Yates is a bestselling author of thirteen books. Susan speaks both nationally and internationally on marriage and parenting issues as well as topics relevant to women in all seasons of life. Her light-hearted, down to earth perspective is full of practical advice which enables us to better understand the men and women in our lives. Susan has been married to John Yates since 1969 and they are the parents of five grown children. They speak frequently at Family Life’s “Weekend To Remember” Marriage Conferences.
John Yates has been married to his wife, Susan, for 44 years, and a great priority in his life has been to love and understand the women in his life (his wife, 3 daughters, and 8 granddaughters). He has studied, taught, and written about marriage and family issues for 40 years throughout North America. Dr. Yates is senior minister of The Falls Church Anglican. He is author of several books on marriage, family, and faith and is a regular speaker for Weekend to Remember marriage conferences. He holds degrees from University of North Carolina, Princeton Theological Seminary, Fuller Theological Seminary.
